Participation in the program of investment development of the petrochemical complex allowed the specialists of JSC "PROMTEHMONTAZH" to gain practical experience in the installation of unique equipment and improve their competence.
Cooperating with OAO Naftan as a general contractor, the Branch of the First Installation Department of OAO PROMTEHMONTAZH carried out the installation of 123 units of process equipment, completed the installation of a granulation system, transportation and shipment of elemental sulfur, thermal reactors, tanks, columns, pumps, furnaces, torch, chimney.
As a result of the successful implementation of the project for the commissioning of the facility of JSC Naftan. Construction of a unit for the production of elemental sulfur, it became possible to produce liquid and granulated sulfur, the quality of which meets international standards. The commissioning of the plant will reduce pollutant emissions from the operation of JSC Naftan by 10,000 tons per year.
