Electronic appeals are sent and considered to JSC "BELSVYAZSTROY" in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 No. 300 - З (as amended on July 15, 2015) "On appeals of citizens and legal entities" (hereinafter - the Law ).

In accordance with the requirements of the Law, an electronic appeal is written in Belarusian or Russian. An electronic appeal of a citizen must contain:
- name and (or) address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent;
- surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the citizen, address of his place of residence (place of stay) and (or) place of work (study);
- statement of the essence of the appeal; email address.
An electronic appeal of a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur must contain:
- name and (or) address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent;
- full name of the legal entity and its location;
- statement of the essence of the appeal;
- surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the head or person duly authorized to sign appeals;
- email address.
Electronic applications submitted by representatives of applicants must be accompanied by electronic copies of documents confirming their authority.
Electronic appeals may be accompanied by documents on the results of the previous consideration of appeals and other documents and (or) information necessary to resolve the issues set forth in the appeals.
Acceptable formats for attached documents and (or) information in electronic form are Portable Document Format / A (PDF / A), Office Open XML (DOCX), double markup format (DOC), Rich Text Format (RTF), text file (TXT ), Open Document Format (ODT), archiving and data compression format (ZIP, RAR), Portable Network Graphics (PNG), Tagged Image File Format (TIFF), Joint Photograph Experts Group (JPEG), Joint Photograph Group (JPG).
The procedure for consideration of electronic applications
The electronic appeal is presented in Belarusian or Russian.
Electronic applications must be considered no later than 15 days from the date of registration, and those requiring additional study and verification - no later than 1 month.
If, in order to consider an electronic appeal on the merits, it is necessary to indicate the personal data of the applicant or other persons, with the exception of those contained in the appeal, you should apply with an oral or written appeal.
Responses (notifications) to electronic applications are sent to the applicants' e-mail address indicated in the electronic applications. Written responses are given to electronic requests (written notifications are sent) in cases where:
- the applicant in his electronic application asks to send a written response or simultaneously send a written response and a response to his e-mail address;
- The e-mail contains an e-mail address to which, for technical reasons, it was not possible to deliver a response (notification).
Electronic applications are left without consideration on the merits, which (for which):
- not written in Belarusian or Russian;
- do not contain the last name, first name, patronymic, address of the place of residence (place of stay) of the citizen;
- do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, last name, first name, patronymic of the head or person duly authorized to sign applications (for legal entities), the applicant's email address
- contain unreadable text;
- contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
- Submitted by representatives of the applicants, and they are not accompanied by electronic copies of documents confirming their authority;
