Tanks
In 1997, JSC PROMTEKHMONTAZH, together with the German firm Ermert, mastered the production of double-walled tanks for the storage of petroleum products for the first time in Belarus. Today, such tanks are used at all gas stations of the Republic of Belarus. The inter-wall space of such a tank is filled with antifreeze, the level of which is automatically monitored using a special sensor. This eliminates the risk of leakage of petroleum products into the soil. We manufacture double-walled tanks according to TU RB 0141 8530.002-98 with a volume of up to 100 m3. Outside, in order to prevent metal corrosion and durability of operation, anticorrosive protection of a very reinforced type with bitumen-mastic composition is performed. Waterproofing is carried out according to the requirements of GOST 9.602-2005 "Unified system of protection against corrosion and aging. Underground structures. General requirements for corrosion protection".
Single-walled tanks are manufactured according to TP 704-1-158.83...164.84. Anticorrosive protection of single-walled underground storage tanks is also performed with bitumen-mastic composition. For the storage of drinking water, anticorrosive protection of the inner surface of the tanks is carried out with compositions having a hygienic certificate.
Water towers
Today, water towers are widely used in systems of autonomous production, drinking and fire-fighting water supply of agricultural and residential complexes, industrial enterprises. JSC PROMTEKHMONTAZH manufactures two types of water towers: Rozhnovsky systems and tubeless water towers.
